My interest in photography began as a way to capture and preserve as many special memories of my children as possible. In addition to family, nature and landscapes are among some of my favorite things to photograph. I enjoy capturing images of beautiful scenery, or interesting subjects, with the hope of being able to convey to others what I felt when creating the image.
I have been a member of the Mount Pleasant Photography Club since 2015. Being in the club has been very helpful in further developing my photography skills, as well as provide opportunities to display my work in several shows and exhibits.
I still enjoy taking pictures of my family and love when everyone gets together and looks through old photo albums. The smiles on their faces as they reminisce makes those memories seem special all over again. So always remember to stop and capture those everyday moments, for they are really special memories in disguise!
